中科光物科学仪器（山东）有限公司（以下简称光物仪器）是由齐鲁中科光物理与工程技术研究院（以下简称中科光物院）投资控股的子公司。光物仪器是承接中科光物院科研成果产业转移转化的重要单位之一，其成立的目的是实现中科光物院在真空、低温、光学领域的技术、仪器及零配件的产业化，并在母单位的支持下逐步成长为一家上市公司。在发展初期，中科光物院将从资金、人才、品牌、管理等多维度扶持子公司发展，所聘人员均纳入中科光物院管理体系管理和享有中科光物院同等福利待遇。
