秉承着为老百姓做菜的理念，其所创办餐厅皆为与大众亲近的乡村风格，定位社区路线，让食客吃得起，吃得放心，吃得安心。主打腊肉和接地气的家常湘菜，腊肉系列产品尤以大蒜炒腊肉、蒸湘西老腊肉，腊肉炒排骨为突出。吃腊肉就要吃带肥肉的，熏烤后的腊肉肥而不腻，瘦不塞牙。琥珀色的油汤滴落下来，一口腊肉一口白米饭，酣畅淋漓。
