长春赛诺海思生物医用材料有限公司成立于2022年6月，位于长春莲花山区高速公路出口1km处院士科研产业园区，占地面积7.9公顷总建筑面积9.97万平方米。
公司是由中国科学院院士陈学思发起组建的高科技企业，是陈学思院士率领中国科学院长春应用化学研究所生态环境高分子材料重点实验室课题组，实现科研成果在长春就地转化的重要实践基地。公司主要从事一、二、三类医疗器械原材料、半成品、成品的生产、经营；生物基材料技术研发、制造、销售；人体基因诊断与治疗技术开发等，项目一期主要生产可吸收缝合线。
做为可植入医疗器械的重要分支，目前，我国可吸外科手术缝合线的需求与日俱增，相应产品大部分依赖进口。公司一期达产后，企业年产值约5亿元，可成为全球为数不多的掌握可吸收缝合线全产业链的企业，将大幅降低进口产品的市场占有率，促进国内医疗器械的良性发展，具有广泛的社会意义和良好的市场价值。
