Baosheng International (Holdings) Limited is a leading sporting goods retailer and wholesaler. It was listed in Hong Kong in 2008 (HK, 3813) and is one of the Hang Seng Index constituents. Its annual sales exceed RMB 12 billion, with 21,000 employees and 6,000 physical stores (of which 3,500 are directly operated). Baosheng International is the largest retailer of Nike and Adidas in Greater China, and also operates leading brands such as Li-Ning, Kappa, Reebok, Puma, Converse, Asics, Hush Puppies, Nautica, Wolverine, and Umbro.

Currently, as the exclusive brand franchisor for O'Neill and Pony, these brands allow Baosheng a certain degree of autonomy in setting product prices, supply chain management, product design, marketing and development, and product promotion.

Furthermore, Baosheng possesses strong in-house production and information technology capabilities. The factory in Taicang produces products for several well-known brands and sells only to Baosheng's OEM/ODM customers. Baosheng has independently developed the "ERP" system, along with other self-developed "POS", "MIS", and "CRM" systems.
