About the Company

Jianyuan Trust Co., Ltd. (formerly Anxin Trust Co., Ltd.) is one of the earliest joint-stock non-bank financial institutions in China. It was established in 1987, converted into a joint-stock company in 1992, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1994 (stock code: 600816), relocated its headquarters to Shanghai in 2004, and was renamed Jianyuan Trust Co., Ltd. in 2023. It is one of the earliest financial listed companies and one of only two listed trust companies in China.
