Hubei Nanfang Construction Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (formerly Hubei Nanfang Supervision Co., Ltd.) was established in August 1995. It is one of the earlier socialized construction management institutions with independent legal personality established in Hubei to meet the needs of market-oriented and standardized operations. The company currently holds Grade A supervision qualifications for housing construction projects and municipal public works, Grade B supervision qualifications for water conservancy and hydropower projects and electric power projects, civil air defense engineering supervision, and engineering bidding agency qualifications. Its business scope includes engineering supervision, construction project management, construction project agent construction, and engineering bidding agency.
