广西时代新能项目一期规划10万吨/年磷酸铁前驱体、10万吨/年磷酸铁锂正极材料，总投资31.27亿元，位于广西龙港新区玉林龙潭产业园区白平片区，分两个项目建设：一是铁锂“5+10”项目，投资19.48亿元，建设规模为年产5万吨/年动力电池用磷酸铁锂联动10万吨/年磷酸铁项目，建设内容包括磷酸铁及磷酸铁锂生产线，即磷酸铁生产车间、磷酸铁锂生产车间2、综合楼、办公楼、检测楼、110KV变电站等；二是铁锂“5+废水”项目，投资11.79亿元，建设规模为年产5万吨磷酸铁锂及处理“5万吨/年动力电池用磷酸铁锂联动10万吨/年磷酸铁项目”产生的废水，建设内容包括磷酸铁锂生产车间1和水处理中心、初期雨水池等。
