CSSC (Wuhan) Lingjiu High-Tech Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company established by the 709th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation for the development of civilian industries. The company has inherited the technology, qualifications, and intellectual property rights of the 709th Research Institute in intelligent buildings, system integration, security protection, information security, automatic control, and other areas, and undertakes the planning, topic selection, investment, and management functions for the civilian industry development of the 709th Research Institute.

For more than fifty years, based on computing technology, automatic control, and mathematical theory research, it has cultivated and built a high-quality talent team in the research and development of automated command systems, computer ruggedization technology, fault-tolerant technology, parallel processing technology, network technology, software engineering, graphic and image processing, industrial process control, printed circuit boards, and other specialties. Among more than 1,000 employees, there are nearly 700 professional and technical personnel, including more than 50 experts at the national, provincial, and ministerial levels, and more than 200 senior technical talents such as researchers, senior engineers, and senior technicians. Postdoctoral mobile stations, doctoral, and master's programs are offered in 13 specialty directions. There are currently 5 doctoral supervisors and 16 master's supervisors, and nearly 200 doctoral and master's students have been trained.

The Optics Valley campus, located by the East Lake, covers an area of 137,000 square meters, with fixed assets exceeding 100 million yuan and more than 2,000 sets of instruments and equipment. It has a relatively complete environment for scientific research, design, production, debugging, and testing: two design centers for EDA and mechanical CAD, three laboratories for system joint debugging, networking and simulation, and software development and testing, four testing centers for integrated circuit testing, circuit board testing, routine testing, and software testing, and three production lines for printed board manufacturing, electronic assembly, and mechanical processing. A sound quality assurance system has been established in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, enabling quality control throughout the entire process of design, development, and production, and providing strong assurance for the high quality of products.
