On March 29, 1994, the 1,000,000,000 H shares issued by Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited in March 1994 were listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. On April 11, 1995, the 200,000,000 A shares issued by Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited in January 1995 were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. On April 26, 1995, the 400,000,000 new H shares issued by Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited in April 1995 were listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
On February 27, 2001, the company name was changed from Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited to Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited.
In March 2015, the company name was changed from "Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited" to "Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation", and the English name was changed from "SinopecYizhengChemicalFibreCompanyLimited" to "SinopecOilfieldServiceCorporation".
