Beijing Yuelu Travel Technology (Group) Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. It holds full ownership of three major subsidiaries: Shanghai Yuelu Industrial, Beijing Yuelu Travel, and Shenzhen Yuelu Technology, along with 82 prefecture-level city branches. It has also established a joint venture with the UK-based Collinson Group in Hong Kong to serve the global market.
