The company is mainly engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of thin film deposition equipment and other high-end equipment required for advanced materials such as third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide, new photovoltaic materials, and nanomaterials, and has always adhered to independent innovation.

The team is based on Ph.D. holders, researchers, and senior industry experts from the University of Cambridge, and has built a core team with rich technical accumulation in thin film deposition equipment and other high-end equipment as well as advanced material manufacturing processes.
