开封光明中医院、开封光明眼科医院是国家二级综合中医院和二级眼科医院，医院前身为成立于清光绪30年（1904）的郭氏宝兴堂中医眼科诊所。1996年第十九世郭氏继承人、医学博士、眼科专家郭书文在开封市开尉路重建，院名为开封市光明医院。2001年医院乔迁至开封市翠园路中段6号。2021年医院更名为开封光明中医院、开封光明眼科医院，2023年位于开封市七大街与安顺路交叉口，建筑面积3万平方米，医院开启了一院两区新局面。
