随着 AI 服务器、GPU 集群和智算中心功率密度快速提升，传统风冷正在接近极限。熵遇正在布局新一代 PFAS-free 单相浸没式介电冷却液 SN-DC 系列，以合成烃（FT/GTL + 双 PAO）复配路线叠加自有「智净」选择性过滤净化工艺（吸附胶质但不损伤添加剂），为 AI 数据中心、高性能计算、边缘计算和高功率服务器提供安全、稳定、可维护的国产液冷材料解决方案。
我们的技术版图还在向轨道延伸——面向太空 AI 算力的抗辐射介电传热介质（SN-SP）预研项目已经启动，填补氟化液断供后卫星热控工质的空白。
