Lisheng Automotive Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by GAC Group and Luxshare Precision in Nansha District, Guangzhou. It is positioned as a provider of core components for intelligent connected vehicles, integrating research, production, and sales. Under the premise of ensuring the industrialization of GAC's self-developed domain controllers, it gradually provides domain control products and solutions to the industry. The initial total investment of the joint venture is RMB 866 million, with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. The site is located in the Wanqingsha Semiconductor Industrial Park in Nansha District, covering a total area of 250 mu, with a new clean workshop of 50,000 to 60,000 square meters, and supporting facilities such as office buildings, with a total construction area of approximately 80,000 square meters. The company plans to officially start production in April 2024, and after full production, the expected annual output value exceeds RMB 10 billion.
