鑫福里社区卫生服务中心，隶属南苑乡果园村鑫福海工贸集团，列为丰台区卫计委社区卫生服务机构之一，承担国家公共卫生服务项目，为北京市基本医疗保险定点单位。社区中心占地面积4600平方米，中心已建设成为集医疗、预防保健、健康教育于一体的综合医院。鑫福里社区卫生服务中心地处大红门商贸区，近邻地铁10号线及多条公交路线，交通十分便利。
本中心中医科由医生诊室、针灸、推拿、理疗、康复五个功能治疗区组成， 中医特色治疗室分为针灸治疗室、综合治疗室、艾灸室、拥有中药熏蒸仪、电针仪、红外线治疗仪、低、中频治疗仪、蜡疗仪等设备。可开展针灸、拔罐、艾灸、中药熏洗、穴位贴敷、腰椎间盘三维牵引复位、埋针、放血疗法等多种中医特色治疗。
