Century Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Century Securities" or "the Company") was formerly known as Jiangxi Provincial Securities Company, established in 1990. In 2001, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company was renamed "Century Securities Co., Ltd." and its registered address was relocated to Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. In March 2019, Qianhai Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. and Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd. jointly acquired Century Securities, opening a new chapter in the Company's development. In November of the same year, the Company's registered address was relocated to Qianhai, Shenzhen.
