China Broadcasting Network Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as China Broadcasting Network) is a large central cultural enterprise funded by the Ministry of Finance with a registered capital of 134.3 billion yuan, officially inaugurated on May 28, 2014. China Broadcasting Network Jiangxi Co., Ltd., in order to implement the central government's requirement of "accelerating the integration of cable television networks and the integrated development of broadcasting 5G," and in accordance with the "National Cable Television Network Integration and Development Implementation Plan" issued by nine ministries and commissions including the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, and with the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial Government and the Provincial Cultural Assets Office, is a limited company renamed after the equity replacement and change of the original Jiangxi Provincial Radio and Television Network Transmission Co., Ltd. It has established 97 branch offices in all district-level cities and counties (cities, districts) across the province. Its business areas have comprehensively expanded and extended from cable television, digital television, and broadband services to comprehensive information services such as Skynet Xueliang, smart education, smart transportation, smart party building, emergency broadcasting, industry private networks, and mobile communications. In 2012, it was awarded the title of "National Advanced Unit in Cultural System Reform," "Top Ten Cultural Enterprises in Jiangxi Province," and "2016 Leading Enterprise in Jiangxi Province's Service Industry."
