大冶众冶矿业有限公司成立于2021年，注册资本金为10000万元，目前主要经营金属矿石销售及普通货物仓储服务等业务。矿产品贸易及有色金属冶炼一直是大冶地方的传统产业，但由于前期粗放经营，一直存在税源流失（经营矿产品贸易公司多注册在省外有税费政策地区）、污染超标排放等情况。为整合大冶地区矿产品贸易产业，集中有色金属冶炼，解决矿产品贸易行业及有色金属冶炼行业上述问题，大冶众冶矿业有限公司在市政府主导下经多次商议，计划在陈贵镇征地640亩，建设大冶有色金属产业园，整合大冶地区有色金属及黑色金属矿产品贸易及有色金属冶炼。
