CQC

China Quality Certification Center (referred to as "Certification Center", English abbreviation "CQC") is a quality service institution established with the approval of the Chinese government, with the certification body approval number 001. In 2002, it was established as a public institution with the approval of the National Registration Administration for Public Institutions, and is a Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise. Its National High-tech Enterprise qualification has also completed the fourth batch of recognition publicity. At present, the Certification Center has been recognized by multiple foreign governments and international authoritative organizations, and has made China's voice heard, provided Chinese solutions, and enhanced international mutual trust on the international stage. To meet the needs of WTO accession, in March 2002, with the approval of the Central Organization Establishment Commission, six institutions under five ministries (including the former China Import and Export Quality Certification Center, the former Secretariat of the China Electrical Products Certification Committee and its Electrical Equipment Sub-committee, Household Appliance Sub-committee, Electronics Sub-committee, and the Beijing Review Department of Import and Export Commodity Safety and Quality Licensing of the former State Administration for Commodity Inspection) were merged to establish the new China Quality Certification Center (hereinafter referred to as the Certification Center). At present, it has become the largest domestic certification body, with the most complete range of certification categories, and a strong influence in the international arena among national certification bodies.

The Certification Center has maintained the title of "Civilized Unit of Central State Organs" since 2003, and has also received the titles of "Capital Civilized Unit Model" and "National Civilized Unit". A total of 3 departments have been awarded "National Youth Civilization", 2 departments have been awarded "Central State Organs Youth Civilization", and 7 departments have been awarded the former "General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Youth Civilization". Over nearly 40 years of development, the Certification Center has formed a professional qualification system that covers various fields of the national economy and possesses international credibility. To date, it holds 31 international qualifications and over 30 qualifications from government agencies.

Certification results for 33 categories of products have been used as a basis for government procurement. It has obtained recognition for multiple business qualifications from national ministries and commissions such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education, the National Government Offices Administration, and the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, and its certification activities are recognized and adopted by relevant provinces and cities. Its bridging role in international cooperation and international influence are irreplaceable. The Certification Center currently holds 31 international qualifications, and many of the qualifications obtained on behalf of China are unique.
