公司分设熔铸厂、热轧厂、冷轧厂、精整厂和动力厂，主要设备由双室炉、熔炼炉、保温炉、除气精炼设备组、铸造机、锯铣机组、2400mm"1+4"热连轧机、2350mm六辊单机架冷轧机、2台六辊双机架冷轧机、磨床、拉弯矫直机组、高速切边机组、退火炉、清洗线及全自动包装线等设备组成。设备供货商主要为中国一重、苏州新长光、中色科技、 TMEIC 、 ABB 等国内外知名企业。
以再生铝资源保级利用为核心，依托国际先进熔铸工艺与智能化轧制技术，通过优化废铝分选、提纯工艺，推动再生铝从粗加工向高精密部件转型，实现铝合金材料闭路循环，构建"绿色冶炼一智能加工一高值应用"的全产业链，推动铝工业低碳循环发展，充分发挥广西区位优势，打造华南地区兼顾面向东盟市场的绿色铝基新材料研发生产基地。
