In October 2016, L Capital Asia (predecessor of L Catterton), under LVMH, together with Crescent Point, acquired 70% of Musun shares for nearly RMB 4 billion, officially completing the controlling stake in Zhongzhe Musun, making Musun the company in the Asia-Pacific region controlled by LVMH's fund by more than 51%.

On May 27, 2019, Musun Group Holding Co., Ltd., the parent company of GXG, was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: *******).

Currently, Zhongzhe Musun owns five major brands, which have certain differences in design style, brand positioning, and target customers, achieving complementarity and extension. It covers menswear and children's clothing, including clothing, shoes, underwear, men's and women's sports equipment, and other categories, creating a fashion industry ecosystem.
