Tianjin Jinya Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, China, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million and a total investment of RMB 250 million. It covers an area of approximately 55,000 square meters and specializes in R&D, production, assembly, sales, and EMS of electronic products. The main equipment for LED packaging, final assembly, SMT, precision machining, and injection molding are all imported from Japan. With Japan's advanced technology and expert team, the company has established a good reputation in the electronics industry and was awarded the honorary titles of Global Excellent Supplier and Excellent Cooperation Team by MOTOROLA. In terms of FA, the company can provide services such as automation design, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) R&D, electronic test system design, and machine vision system development. Over the years, we have developed thousands of test equipment for customers in industries such as automotive electronics, consumer electronics, communication products, energy-saving products, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, packaging, etc., providing them with manufacturing and modification of automation equipment and advanced automation control systems to improve production efficiency and reduce reliance on labor, achieving tasks that are impossible for human under special environments or high-precision requirements, and also providing enterprises with management approaches to make production processes more transparent. The company has more than 140 R&D technical personnel with an average professional experience of over 8 years, and has rich experience in designing and manufacturing various non-standard automation equipment and production lines.
