安徽瑞柏新材料有限公司于2019年在淮北市新型煤化工合成材料基地启动建设，占地110亩，总投资额为11亿元。于2020年6月成功投产，经过五年的快速发展，专注于醋酸酯、甲醛及其下游两大系列产品的生产，目前已有10个品种，年产量约100万吨，其乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯总量45万吨，锂电电解液级合计15万吨。2024年营业收入超25亿元，出口超8亿元。
目前公司电子级乙酸酯国内市场占有率达到90%，国际占有率15%。截止当前，累计获得相关授权专利项，其中发明专利28项，实用新型专利48项；参与制定了国家标准2项：GB/T3728-2023工业用乙酸乙酯、GB/T3729-2023工业用乙酸正丁酯。
先后获批”安徽省工业精品“、“首批次新材料”、“淮北市重点实验室”；“*高新技术企业”、“安徽省省级企业技术中心”、“安徽省专精特新中小企业”、“安徽省省级数字化车间”，目前“乙酸甲酯首批次新材料”“淮北市市长质量奖”等数项项目申报进行中。
