Over the past 20+ years, leveraging a profound understanding of the industry and insights into the development trends of the digital economy, the Group has proactively built a full-scenario distributed cloud service architecture based on a microkernel, widely applied in destination public service platforms, emergency command cloud platforms integrating satellite communications, ecological monitoring and disaster early warning platforms, and business intelligence. Meanwhile, relying on highly available flexible architectures and hot-pluggable component engines, it can rapidly build configurable self-adaptive industry cloud service platforms for clients across different industries. In terms of R&D, the Group places high importance on R&D investment, achieving core technology accumulation while establishing and improving an independent and controllable technical system to ensure sustainable development. Currently, the Group has filed over 100 invention patents and applied for over 200 independent intellectual property rights. As of February 2023, it has been granted 118 patents for cloud service applications, with year-on-year growth in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Additionally, the Group has passed certifications including ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, Intellectual Property Management System, and Cloud Service Information Security Management System. In terms of operations, the Group has led the construction and operation of multiple destination public service platforms, providing destination cloud services to over 20 competent authorities, more than 30 3A/4A/5A scenic areas, and over ten million tourists; its independently developed emergency cloud and ecological cloud integrating satellite communications have served dozens of industry users; smart city cloud, digital finance cloud, blockchain applications, and metaverse application platforms integrating digital technologies such as big data and blockchain are accelerating implementation across multiple scenarios, with significant technological empowerment results.
