It mainly focuses on the research and development of mechanical equipment and agricultural informatization technology needed for agricultural production, and organizes the transformation, promotion, and application of agricultural machinery research achievements. At present, there are 65 personnel with senior professional titles or above, and 34 with intermediate professional titles. Over the years, 14 people have been awarded the title of experts with special government allowances and experts with outstanding contributions. In the past decade, 108 patent authorizations have been obtained, 33 provincial and ministerial-level awards have been received, and more than 200 papers have been published. The products developed have spread to 32 provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) nationwide and are sold to 56 countries worldwide. In 2004, the Ministry of Science and Technology evaluated the scientific and technological competitiveness of national agricultural and forestry research institutions in the "China Rural Science and Technology Development Report".
