易亚半导体在中国内地从事半导体器件代理分销业务已逾二十载，积累了丰富的优质客户资源与应用技术经验。近年来，鉴于SiC/GaN功率器件及模块在新能源汽车、服务器、家电等领域的广阔应用前景，且其性能优势高度契合这些领域的技术需求，我们于2023年12月成立易亚公司，专注于SiC/GaN功率器件及模块的研发、封装、测试与销售。目前，公司的SiC/GaN芯片主要是台湾的【台亚集团】流片，并依托国内产业资源完成封装、测试及市场推广。
易亚半导体聚焦功率器件及模块领域，快速组建研发团队并建设自有封测工厂，形成从芯片封装到成品交付的自主可控能力。
