(hereinafter referred to as "Guoyuan Futures" or "the Company") was established in April 1996, and is a professional futures company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), with a registered capital of RMB 969,030,854 and registered in Beijing. The Company is mainly engaged in domestic commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment consulting, and asset management business. It is a member of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Guangzhou Futures Exchange, and Shanghai International Energy Exchange, a trading and clearing member of the China Financial Futures Exchange, and a participant in stock option trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It can act as an agent for trading and settle for clients all currently listed futures and options products in China.

The Company has established eight branches in Shanghai, Fujian, Xi'an, Dalian, Guangzhou, Beijing, Anhui, and Henan, as well as five business departments in Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Tongliao, Qingdao, and Shanghai Zhongshan North Road. Relying on Guoyuan Securities' network of over a hundred business outlets nationwide, it comprehensively expands financial futures and commodity futures brokerage business. Guoyuan Investment Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in June 2015. It is a risk management company wholly-owned by Guoyuan Futures and registered with the China Futures Association, with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. Guoyuan Investment Management is based on serving the real economy, committed to efficiently using financial derivatives such as futures, options, swaps, and forwards, and conducting main businesses such as basis trading, warehouse receipt services, OTC derivatives, and market-making around bulk commodities. It continuously provides various risk management services to bulk commodity entity enterprises and financial institutions.
