Guangdong Pusida Materials Technology Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was established in Dongguan in 2003. It is a "High-tech Enterprise" focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of sealants and their modified products. It is also a "Doubling Plan Enterprise" and "Listing Backup Enterprise" with key attention from both municipal and town governments. Pusida owns three wholly-owned subsidiaries. The group underwent three large-scale expansions in 2006, 2013, and 2016, and now has production bases covering a total area exceeding 100,000 square meters in Dongguan and Huizhou. Applications include assembly sealing for window glass, interior trim, and body skin welds; connection sealing for elevators, gas meters, and other systems; joint and construction gap sealing for precast concrete and other building materials; joint sealing for expansion joints in tunnels, utility tunnels, and highways; waterproofing and mold prevention for interior and exterior decoration; and bonding sealing for various lightweight building materials (e.g., curtain walls, ceramic tiles, wooden floors). Products have been applied to projects such as Shanghai Chongming Island River-Crossing Tunnel, Shanghai Qingcaosha Water Diversion Project, Shanghai Pudong International Airport Overpass, South-to-North Water Diversion Project, subways in Shenzhen/Shanghai/Beijing/Harbin, Shenzhen Western Corridor, Shenzhen Airport Terminal 3, and Shenzhen Universiade venues. They have also won projects under real estate companies such as Vanke, Country Garden, China Resources Land, China State Construction, and Evergrande Group. ★Markets and Customers: Sales are divided into international and domestic segments, serving over 1,000 customers globally.
