Jiangxi Huaxia Accounting Firm was established in January 2005. Approved by the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, our firm is one of the accounting firms qualified to audit listed companies. By the end of 2006, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, our firm was officially restructured into a limited liability accounting firm funded and operated by individual certified public accountants.
