Beijing Zhongcheng Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. (CUCC), established in 1990, is a subsidiary of the Comprehensive Survey and Design Institute under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In 1993, the company obtained Grade A supervision qualification from the Ministry of Construction, becoming one of the first batch of Grade A supervision units in China. In April 2010, it acquired the comprehensive qualification for engineering supervision from the Ministry of Construction, enabling it to undertake supervision for all professional engineering projects, as well as project management and technical consulting for corresponding categories of construction projects. The company also holds Class B qualification for water conservancy project construction from the Ministry of Water Resources, Class A supervision qualification for geological disaster prevention projects from the Ministry of Natural Resources, and Class A supervision qualification for civil air defense works from the National People's Air Defense Office. It is also a designated unit for housing construction project supervision of central state organs. Adhering to the principle of "law-abiding, integrity, fairness, and science", the company has developed comprehensive and practical supervision procedures and internal management systems through years of practice, and has grown into a large-scale supervision enterprise with complete specialties and rich experience.
The company currently employs over 500 staff, including more than 90 national registered supervision engineers, over 10 registered cost engineers, 15 registered safety engineers, 32 registered water conservancy supervision engineers, 6 registered geotechnical engineers, over 20 registered engineers in other specialties such as equipment and landscaping, and over 30 registered construction engineers of Grade I and II. Leveraging the expertise of renowned experts and consultants from various professional fields of the Comprehensive Survey and Design Institute, the company provides strong technical support and assurance for its supervision services. Its supervision business covers all parts of the country, and it has successively established branch offices in Xiamen, Shanxi, Shenzhen, Fujian, Tianjin, Yunnan, and Hefei.

Corporate honors: Over more than 20 years of development, the company has gained high reputation in the supervision industry. Currently, it is a member of the China Association of Engineering Construction Supervision and the Beijing Association of Engineering Construction Supervision. Over the years, the company has been rated as "Beijing Advanced Supervision Unit", "Trustworthy Enterprise" by the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce, and has been awarded the title of "Quality Trustworthy Unit" by the Beijing Quality Association for eight consecutive years. Multiple projects have won the Luban Prize for Chinese Construction Engineering, the National Quality Engineering Silver Award, and provincial and ministerial level quality engineering awards. Several chief supervision engineers have been honored with the titles of National Outstanding Chief Supervision Engineer and Beijing Outstanding Chief Supervision Engineer.
