宁波昊德化学工业股份有限公司由宁波卓远集团与宁波化工开发公司共同投资筹建，厂区地址位于宁波石化经济技术开发区内，占地200余亩、工程建设投资总额为12亿人民币。公司在优势利用中石化镇海炼化公司资源、原材料管道输送等方便物流模式，和石化开发区其他生产企业循环经济资源综合利用的基础上，结合石化开发区完善与齐全的生产综合配套功能、公用工程及环保与污水处理能力，建设科技创新、环保节能的新型化工、能源与新材料生产工厂。项目一期将建成年产15万吨/年C4分离装置，8万吨/年丁烯异构装置，8万吨/年MTBE,5万吨/年MTBE裂解制异丁烯装置及相关配套公用工程。项目二期与三期将继续建设生产有机基础化学品与特种精细化工产品的大型化工生产装置。建成投产后的宁波昊德化学工业股份有限公司，将通过全密闭式生产工艺流程、精细化的生产管理能力为中国华东及其他区域市场提供科技创新、环保优质的产品。
