Euron Holding Group is a large industrial group focusing on green new materials, integrating industrial investment and supply chain services, relying on Industry 4.0 and industrial internet technologies, and committed to green and sustainable development. It operates six major production parks in Fuzhou (Fujian), Putian (Fujian), Nanchong (Sichuan), Changsha (Hunan), Jinzhou (Liaoning), and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), with over 60 wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries and nearly 10,000 employees. In November 2024, the Group acquired the A-share listed company Yongshan Lithium Industry [603399.SH], successfully entering the capital market. As a green new material producer with a full industrial chain layout, Euron has established an integrated chain from benzene-caprolactam-nylon chips-nylon fiber-new materials, ranking first in China's civilian nylon filament production for seven consecutive years, with nylon exports covering over 58 countries and regions worldwide, accounting for more than 36% of China's total export volume. In recent years, Euron has transformed its single caprolactam production model into a parallel development model of "caprolactam + hexamethylenediamine," forming a large new material industry cluster with "dual dragon drive" of Nylon 6 and Nylon 66, breaking foreign monopolies and solving critical bottleneck problems. Euron consistently adheres to the development path of "technological innovation and industrial service to the country," actively integrating into the national development strategy by laying out five industrial chains: natural gas, ethylene, propylene, nylon, and new energy materials. Through chain extension, strengthening, and supplementation, it builds a "modern industrial system" in line with industrial development laws. It practices the concept of green and low-carbon development, moving towards green and new growth, focusing on the business of "one body with two wings," with functional materials as the core, developing new materials and new energy materials as the two wings. It focuses on the coordinated development of three key areas: green new material industry, industrial investment, and supply chain services, deeply exploring industrial value, precisely laying out key tracks, and continuously forming new industrial growth poles to contribute to high-quality economic and social development. While focusing on its own development, the Group actively gives back to society and is enthusiastic about public welfare and charity. As of now, it has cumulatively donated over 100 million yuan to public welfare causes.
