芯原微电子（南京）有限公司于2020年5月8日在南京市江北新区注册成立，是芯原微电子 (上海) 股份有限公司 (芯原股份) 的全资子公司。其作为芯原股份在江苏省重点布局的射频研发中心，芯原南京主要从事射频、人工智能及汽车电子相关的IP开发及授权服务，芯片设计平台与解决方案的研发、销售和产业孵化业务。芯原南京自从成立以来，公司内部员工人数已经超过200人，其中研发人员占比超过95%，研发人员中硕士及以上学历占比超过95%，而且大部分员工来自国内双一流高校。
