Hunan Xiangtou Energy Investment Co., Ltd. was established in January 2022 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Group Company"), with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. As the main force of the Group Company in energy investment, construction and operation, the Company closely revolves around the strategic goal proposed by the Group Company of "building a domestic first-class comprehensive energy group with strong multi-energy complementary support and coordinated development of 'one core and two auxiliary'," and comprehensively promotes the project development, business development, brand management and other matters of Hunan Energy Group's energy industry, focusing on investment in wind power, photovoltaic, hydropower, thermal power, energy storage, integrated energy services and other energy fields. The Company is committed to building itself into a first-class energy enterprise in central China with domestic influence, becoming the main force of energy supply guarantee, the main channel of energy supply, the main platform of energy cooperation and the main promoter of the energy industry in Hunan Province, and providing strong support for meeting the people's energy needs for a better life, implementing the "Three Highs and Four News" strategy, and building a modern new Hunan. Xiangneng Electric Power (Yueyang) Power Generation Co., Ltd. (tentative name, hereinafter referred to as "Yueyang Company") is located in Yueyang County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. The total investment of the project is about 8.6 billion yuan, and the current phase of the project is to build 2×1 million kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generating units. Simultaneously build desulfurization facilities, denitrification devices and dust removal devices, as well as supporting projects, facilities and public works. The project has been included in the "National 14th Five-Year Plan for Electric Power Development" as a major project. The annual power generation after commissioning is 9 billion kilowatt-hours. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will become one of the main power sources of our province, and will play an important role in stimulating high-quality local economic development and supporting the green energy transformation of our province. Xiangtou Energy (Jianghua) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianghua Company") was registered and established on June 14, 2022, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiangtou Energy. The Jianghua Bay Water Source Pumped Storage Project developed by it is a key implementation project of the "14th Five-Year Plan" of the National Medium- and Long-Term Development Plan for Pumped Storage (2021-2035), with an installed capacity of 1.4 million kilowatts and a total investment of about 9 billion yuan. Xiangtou New Energy (Ningxia) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ningxia Company") was registered and established on September 15, 2021. In 2024-2025, the Company plans to build 3.1 million kilowatts of wind and solar new energy projects, with an estimated total investment of 13.4 billion yuan, and 1.1 million kilowatts of photovoltaic projects under construction and in operation. Ningxia Company is the designated construction entity for industrial and energy cooperation of the "One Park, One Base" between Hunan and Ningxia provinces. Ningxia Company will be committed to building an energy "enclave" of Hunan Province in Ningxia, effectively enhancing the power supply guarantee capacity of Hunan Province, and lighting up the "thousands of lights" of Xiaoxiang with Ningxia's "infinite scenery." Hunan Energy Group Datonghu Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Datonghu Company") was registered and established on June 19, 2022, and is a controlled subsidiary of Xiangtou Energy. The Jinpen Town Fishery-Photovoltaic Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Datonghu District, Yiyang City, and the Heba Town Fishery-Photovoltaic Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Datonghu District, Yiyang City, invested and developed by it have a total installed capacity of 140,000 kilowatts and a total investment of about 768 million yuan. Xiangtou Energy (Hengyang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengyang Company") was registered and established on May 19, 2023, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiangtou Energy. It is mainly responsible for the investment, construction and operation of the Shanqiao Wind Farm Project in Hengyang County. The project has an installed capacity of 50,000 kilowatts, an investment scale of about 350 million yuan, and an annual power generation of about 100 million kilowatt-hours.
