(hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), formerly known as Hunan Jinguo Industrial Co., Ltd., was renamed Hunan Development Group Co., Ltd. after the successful major asset restructuring in 2010. The Company's stock code is 000722, with a registered capital of 460 million yuan. Its business scope includes: comprehensive operation of hydropower generation projects; investment in real estate projects; reserve and comprehensive operation of land resources and mineral resources; construction and operation management of infrastructure such as transportation and energy; construction and operation management of projects such as water affairs, environmental protection, and tourism. Guided by the "Four Modernizations (new industrialization, new urbanization, agricultural modernization, and informatization) and Two-Oriented (resource-saving and environment-friendly)" strategy established by the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and the construction of the "Two-Oriented" society in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, the Company adheres to the business philosophy of "operating in accordance with the law and regulations, and pursuing scientific innovation and development," actively devotes itself to the construction of "Two-Oriented" social infrastructure and basic industries in Hunan Province, especially in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, and strives to build itself into a backbone enterprise in the construction of the "Two-Oriented" society in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration by taking asset operation and capital operation as links.
