中国金融出版社成立于1956年，是中国人民银行主办的*专业出版社。 中国金融出版社每年为广大读者提供大量优质出版物，包括：经济金融理论、金融政策研究与阐释、金融业务与阐释、金融业务技术操作、金融教材、金融历史与钱币学，以及各种金融工具书、资料书和图片画册等书籍。目前年出版图书270余种，年均发行量360余万册，每年都有一批图书获得*、省部级优秀图书奖，赢得了社会上的好评。中国金融出版社还负责编辑出版中国人民银行主办的机关月刊《中国金融》，出版中国人民银行不定期刊物《中国人民银行公告》。为适应改革开放需要，金融出版社还与国际货币基金组织、亚洲开发银行、国际清算银行、《欧洲货币》出版公司以及英国、日本金融机构建立了合作出版关系。
