Hunan Chuxiang Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuxiang Construction Engineering Group") was founded in 1954. Its predecessor was a coal mine capital construction unit directly under the former Ministry of Coal Industry. After several administrative management system reforms and enterprise restructuring, it has become a large comprehensive construction enterprise integrating "construction, management and financing" with more than 60 years of domestic and many years of international engineering construction contracting experience.
