(hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a large state-owned sole proprietorship established by the People's Government of Hubei Province, and is a large provincial comprehensive investment and financing platform, shantytown renovation financing platform, and affordable housing and water conservancy construction financing platform that the People's Government of Hubei Province strives to build. The Company has a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. It currently has 49 wholly-owned, controlling, and equity-participating subsidiaries, including 12 controlling companies, with 1,500 employees across the entire system.
