The company's registered address is: No. 26 Shucheng Road, Hongshan District, Wuhan City.

In terms of government-guided funds and industrial investment, the Company managed the first phase of the Hongshan District Strategic Emerging Industry Development Guidance Fund with a scale of RMB 200 million. Throughout the year, it solicited more than 20 social sub-fund projects, approved 6 projects upon review, with a proposed contribution scale of RMB 472 million and a total sub-fund scale of RMB 2.85 billion. On September 30, 2019, the Company's state-owned asset Rongchuang Zhigu Building C2 office project was officially delivered. It successively introduced the Hubei Provincial Technology Trading Market, the Hydrogen Energy Industrial Research Institute, and the Wuhan Branch of Kuaishou Company to settle in the project building.
