Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Nanjing Hailing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and built by Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, a key national pharmaceutical enterprise, in January 2001. Its functional departments include R&D Center, Marketing, Production Workshops, Testing Center, Human Resources, Logistics, Hailing Club, etc.

Its R&D Center consists of the Information Department, R&D Department, Clinical Medicine Department, etc., with more than 50 R&D personnel, having formed a technical team covering fields such as new drug information research, chemical drug R&D, and traditional Chinese medicine R&D. The R&D Center has the National Engineering Center - Nanjing Hailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Technology National Engineering Center and the Jiangsu Provincial Academician Workstation. The company possesses first-class production equipment, testing equipment, and factory buildings fully meeting GMP standards both domestically and internationally, with a total workshop area of over 10,000 square meters. Its production dosage forms include large-volume injections, small-volume injections, tablets, capsules, granules, etc., covering 7 major categories and 17 products for the endocrine system, anti-microbial, nervous system, digestive system, respiratory system, and other medications.
Since its establishment, the company has developed rapidly. The Song Ching Ling Children's Pharmaceutical Company, established in cooperation with the Song Ching Ling Foundation, has now been completed, and Changzhou Zilong Pharmaceutical, covering an area of 300 mu, is also under construction.

Zilong Pharmaceutical is located in the Xinbei District of Changzhou City, with very superior location conditions and convenient transportation. It is only a five-minute drive from Changzhou North Station and a seven-to-eight-minute drive from the Changzhou Xuexue Exit of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. The first phase of the project includes a total of 11 individual buildings:
1. A solid preparation workshop and a freeze-dried powder injection workshop.
The design scale of the solid preparation is an annual production of approximately 3 billion tablets (capsules) of tablets and capsules.
The design scale of the freeze-dried powder injection workshop is an annual production of approximately 50 million vials of freeze-dried powder injections.
2. The construction of a three-dimensional warehouse meets the storage requirements of the first phase, with approximately 10,000 standard pallet positions set up.
3. Supporting facilities such as a QC quality inspection building, office building, and comprehensive building.
4. Other auxiliary stand-alone buildings.
