Beijing Zhuocheng Law Firm is a partnership law firm approved by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice. It is a comprehensive law firm with intellectual property as its core business, established in 2002 with its headquarters in Beijing and branch offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Its core business areas include intellectual property, corporate law, litigation and arbitration, and commercial investigation.
Zhuocheng currently has 11 partners, and 140 lawyers, trademark and patent agents. Among them, founding partner Ms. Cang Yuchun has been rated as a "First-Tier IP Lawyer in China" by Chambers Asia Pacific for many years, and as a "World's Leading IP Lawyer" by the American Bar Association's Section of International Law. Managing partner Mr. Si Yixia, who previously worked in state organs and state-owned enterprises such as State Grid and the Ministry of Personnel, has been named by ALB as one of the Top 15 IP Lawyers and Top 15 Litigation Lawyers. He successfully represented Honeywell International Inc., a Fortune 500 company, in a trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuit against a company in Wuxi, resulting in the recognition of the Honeywell trademark as a well-known trademark, which became one of the earliest cases of well-known trademark recognition in China. Additionally, two partners, Kenneth Ng and Wu Chenyan, are responsible for overseas trademark and patent client maintenance, and several partners, including Li Gousheng and Kenneth Ng, have been honored with the AsiaLaw Profile Leading Lawyers distinction. Most lawyers at Zhuocheng hold master's degrees or above from prestigious law schools at home and abroad, and some have studied or worked overseas and hold lawyer or patent agent qualifications in countries such as the United States and Canada.
