卡拉罗传动

卡拉罗集团是一个从事应用于公路、非公路车辆以及固定式设备用机械传动系统的设计、生产和销售的跨国集团公司。
卡拉罗集团的产品应用范围包括：农用拖拉机、土方机械、伸缩式搬运车、叉车、卡车和轿车、电动扶梯、电动步行道以及电梯。
集团的控股公司卡拉罗股份公司是于1995年在意大利股票市场上市的，集团总部位于意大利北部帕多瓦省的Campodarsego，在世界范围内拥有员工2500多人。集团共有14个工厂，分布在阿根廷、中国、德国、印度、意大利、波兰和美国，另外，在土耳其和日本设有代表处。2005年，集团的合并销售额达到了6.17亿欧元（到2005年12月31日）。

卡拉罗（中国）的前身----卡拉罗（青岛）于2004年底创立，是卡拉罗集团在中国投资的*家公司。公司现增资1600万欧元，在城阳购地120亩，建设了新厂区，并更名为卡拉罗（中国）传动系统有限公司。已于2007年10月17日开业。

Carraro China Drive Systems Co., Ltd.

Carraro is a multinational group, world leader in driveline systems for off-highway and on-road vehicles, with consolidated sales revenues in 2004 of Euro 650 million.
Organized into five different Business Units – Drivelines, Drives, Vehicles & Power trains, Components and Spare Parts – each focused on a specific product offer, the Carraro Group designs, produces and markets integrated drive systems for earth-moving machines, agricultural tractors, material handling machines, light commercial vehicles, passenger cars and stationary applications (such as escalators).

The Group, whose holding company Carraro S.p.A. has been listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 1995, has registered offices in Campodarsego (Padua), employees over 2,600 workers – of which 1,360 in Italy– and has production units in Italy, India, Poland, Argentina, Germany, the United States and China, as well as sales offices in Turkey and Japan.

Carraro Qingdao Drive Systems Co., Ltd. was set up in the end of 2004, and Carraro has attached more and more focus on China and has planned more investment in China. Now Carraro has decided to invest to set up a new company（Carraro China） in Qingdao by the end of 2006 with total investment more than USD 20 million. We are now looking for the potential candidates to grow together.
