The Beijing Capital Airport Terminal 3, parking garage, and transportation center project in which Maohua participated won the 2008 Luban Prize; the Ningbo Yuanzhou Hotel which it contracted won the 2007 Guangdong Provincial Excellent Project; the Qingdao Liuting Airport which it contracted won the 2008 Shandong Province "Taishan Cup" Quality Award; the glass curtain wall project of the Longgang Universiade News Center and the curtain wall project of Guangzhou Jinbin Tengyue Building won the 2010 Shenzhen "Jinpeng Award"; the interior secondary fine decoration project of Building 16, Phase II, Area A of Strait International Community won the "2012 Guangdong Province Excellent Building Decoration Project" and many other honors.
