2007年4月14日，浙江科都电气公司与法国溯高美公司签约，成立中法合资企业——浙江溯科电气公司。溯高美公司在全球有20多家公司16个制造基地，特别是在世界“工业电气和保护装置系统以及UPS电源领域”处在领先位置。科都是占地32亩、年产值2.3亿元人民币的企业，建有符合欧美国家标准的电气试验站和环保测试室。历经两年多的合作与交流，双方合资在乐清成立浙江溯科电气有限公司，溯高美持51%股权，科都电气持49%股权。新公司以溯科为品牌，以低压电器为主打产品，由双方联合开发研制，向海外拓展市场。
