公司始建于1950年，前身为机械部直属中国第四砂轮厂（原四砂）磨料分厂。2016年，作为国企混改试点，注册成立独立法人——山东鲁信四砂泰山磨料有限公司。2019年，欧洲英格瓷（IMERYS）集团成为控股股东，公司更名为山东英格瓷四砂泰山磨料有限公司。

我公司深耕磨料行业六十余年，是业内口碑优良企业和标杆企业。拥有完整的磨料产品研发、生产、销售体系。主持制定修订多项国家标准和行业标准。现拥有多项国家专利，先后被评为国家高新技术企业、省级瞪羚企业等。公司产品主要为高档磨料，“泰山”及“MT”牌白刚玉、铬刚玉、半脆刚玉、陶瓷微晶刚玉等系列产品，品种规格齐全，质量稳定可靠，具有粒度组成均匀、磁性物含量低、化学成分稳定、物理性能好等特点，各项技术指标处于国内及国际较高水平。近年来着力研发的陶瓷刚玉系列产品，作为一种新型磨削材料，被列为国家战略性新材料，产品深受国内外客户信赖。
