Job Responsibilities: Formulate and implement company strategy, preside over drafting business objectives and business plans, supervise and control the entire implementation process, organize the implementation of financial budget plans and profit distribution and use plans, make decisions on major matters, represent the company in major foreign affairs or important activities, review and sign documents issued in the company's name, and handle major emergencies of the company.
