Hunan Province Dahua Hotel is a public institution directly under the General Office of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress, a member unit of the National Provincial People's Congress System Hotel Alliance, and a national four-star tourist hotel. Located at the intersection of Laodong Road and Shaoshan Road in Changsha City, it is a high-end hotel integrating guest rooms, conferences, business, dining, entertainment, and leisure. The hotel building is 29 stories high, with a total construction area of 51,000 square meters. It has ten elevators, a central air conditioning system with one unit in use and one standby, an American JBL sound system, a fully computerized room status control system, and an all-round 24-hour security monitoring system. It has 259 spacious and clean luxury guest rooms with more than 400 beds, 7 conference halls of different specifications, and 23 elegant and unique large and small banquet halls, which can accommodate 800 people dining at the same time.
