Shanghai Yingge'er Certification (hereinafter referred to as ICAS) is an international certification body approved by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) and dually accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS). It is a governing member of the China Certification and Accreditation Association, an executive director of the Shanghai Certification Association, and one of the first batch of nationally designated pilot institutions for energy management systems.
■ ICAS is a large-scale comprehensive certification and testing institution, capable of providing one-stop certification, testing, training, and evaluation services to global customers. It can issue internationally mutually recognized certificates and reports.
■ ICAS has three major centers (Certification Center, Testing Center, and R&D Center) and eight business divisions, with an independent third-party comprehensive laboratory.
