Shenzhen Guomao Property Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guomao Property") began its services in 1984. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Property Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (securities abbreviation: Shenwuye A, securities code: 000011, hereinafter referred to as "Shenwuye Group"). It is the second property management enterprise established in China, the first domestic property operation and management enterprise for super high-rise buildings, and among the first batch of enterprises with National First-Class Property Management Qualification. It has received over a hundred honors at national, regional, and industry levels. With its high-quality services, it has been rated among China's Top 100 Property Service Enterprises and received a series of awards as an outstanding enterprise in industrial park services for consecutive years.
