职责描述：
1、根据公司和工厂要求，负责出具月度经营分析报告，输出财务分析建议，跟踪业务改善闭环；
2、负责跟踪年度预算及滚动预测，出具月度相关指标达成情况，同时根据相关数据，提供财务角度专业建议，以支持管理层经营决策；
3、根据财务中心管理需求，落实标准成本体系在各工厂应用，联合集团财务一起输出成本分析及改进报告。
任职要求：
1、全日制统招一本及以上学历，财务、会计等相关专业；
2、具备5年及以上大型制造业同类型岗位经验，具有制造业财务BP经验优先考虑；
3、具备大型制造业运营全链条的财务管理经验，制造业成本会计相关经验；
4、具备主导过或深度参与过工厂标准成本体系SAP上线及运行项目经验；
5、熟悉FICO模块，精通MM\PP\SD等相关模块功能，定期维护标准成本，重估库存等；
6、具备系统配置与优化能力，根据业务需求建立精益化成本分析报表体系。
